Rolled up and met the guy renting the old home site, he had heard I was coming by, showed me around the 27 acres. Appeared to be only 3 fields huntable, rest is trees or tall grass.

My first ever whole horseshoe and the 1894 Indian head penny. Hit another kewl coin - this time from the Netherlands – 1928 – 1 cent coil, both the Indian head and 1 cent coin are in bad shape.

Left the shoe for the fellow in the house, maybe good luck for us both.
