What this looks like is a denarius of Julius Caesar dating to 48 BC
Obverse, diademed head of Clementia,
Reverse, trophy of gallic arms- that's an axe on the right, shield on the left. (It would have said Caesar under the trophies on the reverse)
You'll find it in Roman Silver Coins no 18,
