No detecting until December

Well it's sad to have to say it but got another big operation this wednesday on my right knee, for anyone interested it's a high tibial osteotomy with sythetic cartilage implant.
basically they are straightening my leg by cutting through the bone and realigning it with a titanium plate, while theyre in they are replacing the cartilage removed last year..

No driving for 4-6 weeks and no weight bearing, so a whole month off work sitting at home....
Gonna get all my old finds out and try to catalogue them i think! Thats the plan anyway as long as the tramadol doesnt turn me into a zombie

Go in weds morning.. Fingers crossed

i have titanium plates in my ankle kind off a pain in the ass when detecting .

surgeon is very pleased though so thats good...

Things are looking good, im sure youll soon be back on your feet, Heres a laugh I went into town twice yesterday using the crutches, ive now strained a mussel in my stomach using the booldy things,

oh well such is life.
