    First goldie with CTX

    CTX 3030
    Hi guys,

Well the CTX has done me proud again. After the Edward the Confessor penny at Corfe I found on my Roman field amongst the grots this little beutie. First Celtic gold for me after 35 years+ detecting and first Celtic from this field.

Working on a video of the hunt.

Cunobelin 1st century to 40 A.D. Gold 1/4 stater. Waiting on full id.

Finds for the hunt 9 hours.

    Slàinte,

    Mal

Slàinte mhor a h-uile là a chi 's nach fhaic

    That is a wow.

Metioned previously when I found my (and only) stater a good few years ago I sold it because I needed the money at the time. I now have a PhD in hindsight. Sell in haste, repent at leisure !!
