    Hi from Doncaster

    Hi all,

    Simon from Doncaster here,complete newbie, not bought a md yet but spent many hours reading the forum and trying to take in all the info, but at 48 I think my brain's slowing down and it's ready to explode

    Watched loads of videos on here (Cumbrian Fox you make me LOL), and can see that there is a wealth of information and some very helpful members.......Yes I'm going to need you!!

    Think I have worked out which md to buy but will ask more questions in the relevant section.

    Yea Big welcome Simon. I,m Pretty sure you will love metal detecting mate, It,s a great hobby an pastime, With the added bonus of loads a fresh air (What could be better). Best of all you could,nt be in better company to get started/learn and find friends in the hobby. There,s some great chaps on here who are well gened up an willing to share there knowledge with you. Anyway simon choose well and Happy hunting
