    Sunday 3.5Hrs In The Mud!!

    After Fridays rain the fields were waterlogged but managed to pull these up with the Etrac hoover!!











    Any help with ID for hammie appreciated (Think its an Ed 1st Penny)

    nice finds that are worth getting caked in mud for ...out of curiosity what type of sensitivity were you getting in the mud??

    I left the settings as normal and seemed to work as usual , had a few signals I dug and after the first spadeful the signal vanished-so dug again and found the item- It really was hard going though still recovering today must have carried an additional 5 pounds of mud on each wellie and on the spade as well

    Well worth the effort. If you don't get out and get your coil on the ground you aren't going t find the goodies.

    Nice finds well done, but hell im going to have to work harder with the Etrac if your pulling pottery out with it as well .

    Mud by name an mud by nature , brilliant finds..not bad for a short visit. ...My mates nickname for me is beachnut. I thought it was because im mad on beach detecting,,,not so apparantly, Told me the other day it was because i looked like a turtle out of water....Bloody swines

    Nice one , wondered when someone would comment on the pottery ha ha , out of 4 of us detecn I seemed to have the best finds rate again so think the Etrac was a great buy! need some dry weather and mr farmer to rake the land and there will be more finds there im sure !! :-)
