    a pig of a find

i was just going through my finds and i found this, i though it was a nail but washed it any way and now it looks like a pig. its seems to be copper alloy with iron oxide stuck to it and is very small 15 mm long.
    any ideas guys?S1930001.jpgS1930002.jpg

    Hedge fodder

Why Waste time using an ordinary detector when you have the option to use a GPX4800.

Not hedge fodder and potentially old and interesting.

It's potentially Iron Age or saxon, that's more likely because of where it might have been found.
