Help me identify Contantine coin

Hi there, can someone shed some light on this coin i have found in my mothers car please.

Done some research and it looks like it may be constantine I but not 100%

Oh yeah i forget it says VOT XX inside the wreath and XSIS it looks like below.

If you could sharpen up the picture or give the legend then I could then confirm as it could be a couple of rulers that have VOT XX: Constantine 1, Licinius 1. Looks silver from the picture, if so it is a Siliqua.

VOT: Vota (vows) followed by a numeral refers to pledges made by the emperor for faithful service for the period of years.

All i can work out from the legend is : CONSTAN - TINVS.... AND INHXHVG *SIS* AND VOT.XX

Looks like Constantine 1 to me..CONSTAN / TINVS AVG and DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG [VOT XX].Siscia mintmark...Mick

the mind boggles.... how did that get into your mums car ? on a muddy wellie perhaps or droppped by the previous car owner ? who knows, im sure the OP doesnt care haha, nice coin non the less

Hi guys, ive got some updated pictures just need to uplaod them, yeah i found it whilst cleaning my mums car our i have absolutely no idea how it came to be there
